We process and color correct images before delivering to you. More extensive cosmetic retouching will be done on headshots and team photos so that your company can put its best foot forward.

The number of photographers for your event will depend on the number of guests at the event, the layout and size of your venue, what you need us to capture, and your photography budget. For smaller events like board meetings, luncheons, and cocktail receptions of 150 or less, one photographer is sufficient. If your venue is large and you have over 200 people attending the event, we recommend 2 photographers. Another situation that would mandate 2 or 3 photographers is when there are multiple “must capture” parts of the event happening simultaneously.

We do not “count” how many images we take at your event, but a fair estimate is between 80-100 images per hour. Our team works to emphasize the quality of images you receive rather than an arbitrary quantity. During your initial consultation meeting, we will discuss your image usage and goals; that will drive the coverage we provide.

We are a professional organization and maintain insurance. We have a Certificate of Insurance that is required at all venues. It is provided upon request.

We do not watermark our high-resolution images when we deliver them. We create an online gallery for you that is password protected so you can view, share, and download the images from your event. You retain full usage rights of all images and may print and publish them however you see fit, unless otherwise noted in your contract.

We ask for a 50% deposit and balance due on the day of the event, unless the event is within a few weeks or days. We do get a lot of last-minute inquiries and bookings.
